FIRST SESSION (90 min)
During your first session, we take an in-depth view of your current way of living. More specifically, we look at the areas of your life that hold increased stress, tension, and anxiety. From there, we create a customized action plan to incorporate nutritious food, intentional movement, and transformative mindfulness, built upon your specific lifestyle, desires, and goals to create a positive change.
